Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

November 26, 2022
LCBO Outlet #649 (Milton, Ontario, Canada – Sobey’s Plaza)
355ml can
6.0% ABV
$3.80
One of the first craft beers I tried many many years was the Nickel Brook Green Apple Pilsener. I think that beer is long gone now. This Apple IPA pours a heavily hazed gold colour with a short lived white head which leaves decent lacing. The aroma is grassy malts, light yeast, citrus, and there is a weak hint of apple. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a balance between the tart apple notes, and the grassy malt. The finish is more tart than bitter.
