A style we love, especially in warm weather, this is our take on a German Gose... with a slight twist. We kettle soured a traditional base of wheat and pilsner, then added freshly cracked coriander and sea salt to the boil, and lightly hopped the wort with Amarillo. When fermentation was complete, we conditioned the beer on fresh lime ribbons. The result is a lightly tart, refreshing beer perfect for summer with notes of lime (of course) complementing the lemony-citrus character of the coriander and salinity from the sea salt addition. At 3.5%, this beer will let you keep your washer/corn hole game strong, while still being able to enjoy a great beer on the patio.
