New England Pale Ale hopped with high amounts of Citra and Mosaic late in the boil, and then dry-hopped with even more Mosaic, plus heavy additions of Galaxy. Fermented with a blend of hazy IPA strains, the beer is tropical and juicy, with notes of pineapple, mango, and orange, with a smooth mouthfeel and light bitterness in the finish.
