An amber appearance with little head. A spicy aroma mixed in with some oranges and alcohol. Some oranges, cloves, and caramel flavors are present. The beer had a somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. A warming and creamy finish. Not a bad one.

Big thanks to Dansting for setting up the trade to get this bottle. Pours a clear brown color. There is almost no head. Aroma of caramel, and an overall sweetness. Caramel aroma continues into the flavor. Malty with a nice alcohol flavor. Great beer, would like to have more.

Pours a cloudy amber with no head and little carbonation. Strong woodiness in the aroma along with the bourbon. There’s more barrel aging qualities than the beer really. A bit unbalanced, but not bad.

BIG thanks to dansting for this bottle!!! copper in color and clear bodied. no head or lacing. no carbonation made the taste feel slightly heavy for an ale. nice carmel taste on initial touch to the mouth and a heavy malt finish. you can definately tell the alchohol content is strong - one bottle had me VERY happy!

I would like to thank Dansting and Cottrell for fixing me up this bottle!!! Poured to a cloudy orange color with with a very fruity sweet smell with just a hint of spice. Very different brew flavor. You can taste carmel but then the fruitiness takes hold and ends with a slight alcohol end. Very unique and different than anything else I have ever had. I wish I had another to cellar until next year to re-rate.

Bottle. Poured a clear copper color with no head. No lacing, as there is almost no carbonation. Aroma is a sweet blend of caramel, malt, and fruit. Flavor....wow! This is a strong ale indeed. Caramel start and a nice malty and alcohol finish. Thanks Cottrell for this puppy! This is freaking awesome!
