Rosehips Don’t Lie has taken 6 months to become a tart, slightly sweet and acidic sparking mead. It has been aged with rosehips to create a complex and refreshing treat. We often like to let our meads ferment naturally. With a general interest and fascination with the natural yeasts and bacterium found in honey, we have, once again, allowed the forces of nature make something beautiful and delicious.
