In this release, we used American Comet hops to give a hint of a west-coast style IPA and then added a dry-hop combination of Pekko, Jarrylo, Cashmere and Comet hops in both the mid and post-fermentation. The result is a tropical, juicy, hazy IPA with hints of orange, melon, banana and pineapple

Pours slightly hazy solar yellow with a thick snowy head. Aroma grabs the nose with resiny hops from half a meter away, and adds hay, citrus and crisp fresh malt as one closes in. Flavor features zesty and sweet orange with some tangerine and grapefruit, piney hops, fresh malt, sweet mango and a bit of tangy pineapple. Texture delivers fair body and peppy fizz. Have fun in the laboratory.
