Pours a clear, rather wan straw yellow with not much head. Crisp aroma is fruity and has a hint of malt, but not much else. Flavor is a little better, fruity almost like a cider, a bit sweet - not complex, but OK. Smooth texture has decent fizz and body, and leaves a fruity, cider-like finish. One of these days I will find a truly good gluten-free beer.

Pours a bright lemon with a feverish pitch of effervesce. Neat clarity with a sudsy white head that was weak on the hold and lace. The aroma has a very faint lemon malt, the aroma treads lightly. The taste is sweet lemony lime hints with surprisingly more flavor then anticipated. Expected a watery euro-pale or light lager interpretation, but this had some malt sweetness and body to it. The lemony highlights were bright with a faint green hopping. Better then most gluten beers! The mouth feel has a fresh lemony, fairly crisp, pretty good substance wise.

Sampled on 3/1/2012. This specialty grain ale pours very light orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is sorghum and corn, a touch of spice. A light to medium bodied gluten free beer. The Non-malts are corn, sorghum and sweet. The hops are floral and herbal. Started out fairly lively carbonated, but the carbonation disappears quickly. It really tastes like a cross between ginger ale and corn chexs. I can understand trying to brew gluten free beers, but I have yet to find out that I would want to drink more than once. This one comes the closest I have had so far, but I think if I had a gluten problem, I would switch to drinking wine and ciders. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is sweet.

It pours a light yellow-gold with a thin white head and some lacing. An aroma of tangy malts, hops, lemons, tart apples and grapes, some bitterness and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of malts, hops, lemons, tart apples and grapes, bitterness, and some spiciness. Different .. kinda of funky tasting..

A pale golden colored beer with a small foamy textured, white head, that rises briefly above. It settles quickly, leaving no lacing. This one, by name treads lightly. Light nose of some sweet orange, some citric hops, some grain. The tasting mirrors that. A light medium bodied, smooth drink is the high point.
