The honey is the key - the rich color and aroma derive from the honey. A sweet ale with good bite and a very smooth swallow and taste. As an ale it was quite appealing. As a brew from nearby Knoxville, it was a must-try. A proud East Tennessean recommends this honey-tinted ale.
