    Pours a barely translucent amber with a nice cream-white head that leaves generous lacing. Hoppy and malty aroma has a hint of fruit. Bold flavor has malty, hoppy and yeasty notes; finish is hoppy but not bitter. Finish is woody and hoppy, while mouthfeel adds hop bitter notes. A toast to the winter holidays.

    I dig the dark copper color and white foam head, maybe not on point for the style, but i like it. Aroma is weak for any hop forward beer, likewise mouthfeel and flavor. Did you know the cascade mountains are not in Michigan? Not really known for their hops over there ya know?

    Great color,thin foam top with good aroma's.Very good flavor,find myself really enjoying the aroma of it.Nicely balanced.Slightly green flavors (was expecting&hoping for more).Awesome beer overall.Will recommend to friends.

    You know, I'll say it right now. IT dissapointed me. Loove new Holland, but found this beer to be weak in style, weak in taste, weak in everything it should be. Lame duck beer. Clear copper, fizzy, little grassy, some sweet hop notes. Sorry guys, bring it home and change it up.
