Troopers Tipple is a thirst quenching English Style India Pale Ale. You will discover a peppery, earthy aroma from the English hops and a medium malt body supporting a ballanced bitterness mid swallow and a clean, refreshing finish. Unlike many West Coast IPA’s Troopers Tipple has less bitterness (38 IBU’s)but plenty of hop flavor and aroma owing to the generous use of English East Kent Goldings, added in both the boil and as a dry hop addition in the conditioning vessel. Also Troopers Tipple is lighter in color and body than typical local examples and so is less filling, more revitalizing.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

On tap at Hamiltons. Pours with an orange amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. it’s bitter, earthy and hoppy with notes of grass and a hint of pine as well as a light sweet maltiness. Meidum bodied, smooth and a touch dry.
