Our Dry Peach Honey Wine is a lovely dry white wine, in a style reminiscent of Pinot gris. Combining tree-ripened, freshly picked Indiana peaches with Indiana wildflower honey has resulted in a bright straw-yellow mead. The aroma is 100 percent fresh peach. The flavor is subtle tart peach with just a hint of wheat straw in the background; bright and crisp. Allowing this Dry Peach Honey Wine to ferment to complete dryness allows the true characteristic of the fresh fruit and honey to come through in this delightful dry white wine. Pair this bright, crisp white wine with roast chicken and root vegetables, seafood and light fish dishes, alfredo pasta, and vinaigrette dressed salads.
