An homage to our roots and craft-brewing heyday of the early '90s, Maris Otter and Special B malts give a big, sweet background to a palate of Horizon, Willamette and Galena hop varieties. ABV: 7.0% IBU: 64.5 Aroma: Fruits like peach, citrus, apricots, red delicious apples and melons. Herbal, juniper, pine, fresh hops with slight caramel malt in the background. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, slight warming. Flavor: Light malty sweetness with an escalating yet smooth bitterness. Visual: Burnish dark amber with a sheen, almost a light haze, cream-colored foam and lacing

Deep orange/ amber body with a slight haze, o.k. head that leaves some spotty lace. Aromas lean towards the sweet caramel malts with the citrus hops coming in and some fruitiness hanging around in the background. Medium mouthfeel slight touch of carbonation. flavor mirrors the aromas it leans towards the malts. Overall a nice but not great IPA.
