http://www.newbelgium.com/beer/chocolate-chip-cookie-dough To craft this confection, we dove into our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes for inspiration, and then whipped hefty doses of chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla into a dough-hued blonde ale base. The result is a full-bodied beer that seduces with a perfect balance of vanilla and chocolate, and finishes with just the right amount of sweetness. Put down the spoon, pick up a pint.

355 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Aroma of chocolate chip cookie dough (surprise, surprise). The flavour is first fruity / citrussy, then distinct notes of chocolate chip cookie dough. Weird beer, but good. Dangerously drinkable.

Pours clear, bubbly topaz with a thin eggshell head. Aroma yields cookie dough, raw malt and resiny hop notes. Flavor features cookie dough and crisp.raw malt notes plus an undertone of resiny hops. Mouthfeel delivers good body and fair fizz. Chip it!

A bright golden colored beer with a big fluffy textured white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. clouds of lacing eventually are left. Nose of caramel and chocolate. To that in the tasting is a doughy note. A little on the sweet side balanced with an earthiness. Easy to drink. Smooth
