Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 4
This brew was brought to me by one of my close friends upon her visit to Israel last month. Aroma is of apricots, raisins, sweetness, tea leaves, and prunes but is very watery and extremely cloying. Appearance was a dirty, flat brown with some reddish hues and looked like cola and offered only a light-tan head on top that was stringy. Mouthfeel was light-bodied and malty and pretty gross and was wet and watery on the palate. Flavor was sweet, malty, thick, of raisins and prunes with an aftertaste that was a bit smokey and peaty and had a sweet finish. Overall, way too cloying and very sweet and downright offensive; this was a relatively fresh sample to...I feel for the Israelis who only have this as an option.

A kosher malt beverage... Something very strange. One good thing that I found was good redish-black coke like color. That skunky aroma almost kills! I felt slight malty aroma, but that was covered by caramel mixed with terrible skunkyness. Flavor was sweet and malty, at the end even very sweet with some spices and caramel. It was a gift from Israel, but otherwise it was hardly drinkable. I even couldn't finish the 33cl bottle:)
