Courtesy of askofficerfriendly. Bottle pours clear deep copper with nice tan head. The aroma is roasted malts, spicy hops and faint earthiness. The taste is full rich yumminess with rich spicy hops followed by lesser amounts of earthy hops and roasted malts that seem to create a mild black tea sensation. This is much more a Pale Ale or IPA than a bitter but it taste so amazing, who cares?

Dark ruby red colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is flowery hops and grass. Flavour is hoppy with some hints of maizeish sweetness. Quiter standard bitter.

On tap at The Rover, Göteborg. Copper coloured, low head. Nice nutty and hoppy aroma, notes of toffee and grapefruit. Hoppy flavour on a decent malty base, grapefruity elements, "dusty" hops in the finish, bitter aftertaste. A bitter well above average.

(Sampled draught at Ardbeg Room, Stockholm) Hazy reddish brown colour, rich, firm, rocky head. Aromatic flowery hoppy aroma of grapefruit and cedar wood. Sweet notes of toffee and blue plums. Hoppy flavour of citric fruit but malty sweetnes from toffee, coocies and blue plums balance the whole thing nicely. Hop bitter aftertaste. I liked this one a lot!
