This super-juicy IPA is based around its prominent hop schedule. Using a California ale yeast with a blend of Citra and Mosiac hops created a smooth IPA with a slight bitterness. Dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic hops at the end creates a bubblegum aroma. Proceeds from this beer benefit The Tennessee River Gorge Trust. Support Brewers for clean water
