Copper Flask is a rich lager, brewed using our proprietary Sour Mashing technique. Sour mashing increases our time required to make a brew, but results in the superior, refined flavor that you experience only when you drink Naked Lion beers. We use only select Two-Row malt and light-stable hops to give Copper Flask its uncommon richness and smooth finish.

Found the beer in a small town grocery store near LaCrosse. Love sour mash wiskey - thought I'd try sour mash beer. Tastes a litle like a watered down shot of Jack Daniels, but thats what I like. Beautiful copper color with ample alcohol content. Not too hoppy but very smooth and flavorful. Will buy again.

Pours a clear copper color with very little head that disappeared right away. Aroma is slightly metallic and taste is malty (reminds me a little of a flat Sam Adams Boston Lager). Very average beer, not one I would seek out.

This brew self-selected for my tasting pleasure tonight. Threw itself out of the fridge and started foaming all over. Clear, light copper color, rapidly disappearing head. Metallic sour caramel nose. Sour, with somewhat artificial hepped-up caramel nut flavor, abrasive and not that pleasant. MUSIC: 'Lion Land' by Quinn Walker

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper-gold with a white head that quickly recedes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is pretty subdued - metallic malts, maybe a little vegetables. Some sweet sugary malts come out as it warms.
The flavor is sweet malts with some sugary candy with a bit of bitterness to finish. Sour mash comes out some as it warms. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with sharp carbonation.
Overall, a small step above macros - nothing too exciting. -

Ive never had a sour mash beer and this was truely unique. It poured a cloudy amber color with a somewhat weak head and little lacing. It had a nice malty aroma with a dry, slightly sour flavor and thin mouthfeel. Finished crisp.

Pours a clear copper colour with a medium sized white off white head. Aroma is a little nutty, with strong malt aroma as well. Flavor is semi-sweet with a full mouthfeel. Decent, but nothing incredible.
