Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
Bottle, bought in the brewery. Poured a hazy straw-yellow to pale gold colored ale with a thick white foamy head that had a short retention and a mid-sized carbonation. The aroma is yeast, sweet spices ( coriander ) and aciditic fruits ( citrus, grapefruit ). The flavour is a massive invasion of sweet spices with a coriander large dominance, hints of grapefruit. The mouthfeel is very atractive with a very well flavoured ale. A medium to full bodied ale. The finish is a long lingering of the spice smell. May be a little to sweet but a quite drinkable ale
