Our house beer defies categorization, but we think it resembles an old English ale with toasted caramel undertones crossed with the piney hoppyness of a West Coast IPA.

Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This India Pale Ale pours a medium amber brown color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet and hoppy. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy and herbal. Decent carbonation. A touch of alcohol. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
