Dark Gold color, no head. Little or no aroma. Metallic and industrial tasting. Some vanilla extract taste. Not much to this stuff. What ever it is it sure the heck isn't a bock. More of a malt liquor and it ain't even Olde English 800. Kind of weak and very uninspired. Listless and flat. The etched/painter beer bottle is the best part of this beer. Moylans is usually OK beer, but this stuff reeks. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is metallic and alcoholic. Drain Pour.

I was able to enjoy this courtesey of Tom, thanks much. Smells like the air that comes out of a fresh cut loaf of outback bread. Moderate to cloudy color, with average head. Basically this tastes like brown bread with a bit of dried dark fruit.

Bottle. Sweet, malty chocolate taste that smelled like an old ale. Very tasty, warm and well balanced. Good stuff.

This bock pours with an orange-amber body topped by a thin to medium thick head with little lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet yet bitter and malty with a spicy note, a slight brown sugar note and a little orange peal. The flavor is bitter and spicy with a nice matliness, a touch of orange peal and a little brown sugar. Medium bodied and tingly on the tongue.
