Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
330 ml capped bottle. Poured a hazy burgundy-brown coloured ale with a four fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sour ripe fruits with vinous tones, spicy, licorice, coriander. The flavour is some toasted malts, ashes, sourish-aciditic fruits, citrus, spicy, coriander, a touch of pepper. The mouthfeel is fizzy and quite thin. This medium to full bodied ale has a dry sourish finish. The sourish tones are surpassing all the spices of this ale and, for me, it's ( quite ) a pity.
