Trouble Maker is our Double IPA, loaded with fruity hop flavor and hop aroma as well as clean pleasant bitterness and a medium to full body. Trouble Maker's taste calls for round after round, but be warned: This bad mutha is strong enough to raise a ruckus. BREWMASTER'S ORIGINAL NOTES* Hops... lots of hops. Lots and lots of amarillo hops. Is it possible to make this beer with more hops than malt? NO- but that is the idea. Mainly 2 row with just a bit of caramel 35. Can we reclaim second running for partigyle? Mash hops, pre boil hops and hops through whirl. Dry hops- yes and lots. CaSO4 addition- yes. Maybe some raw wood from lebanon character for a tertiary flavor component.
