Our first release from Mother’s Cupboard, Mr. Pumpkin is a medium bodied, copper color ale. With just the right blend of 2 Row, Caramel, and Crystal malts, pumpkin and spices, Mother’s has created one yummy pint of love. Perfect after dinner in lieu of dessert, or for a night out on the town. Mr. Pumpkin is a mild mannered salesman by day, but a wild card at night. Enjoy out doors on cool fall nights, or when slaving over the stove making that holiday dinner for the in-laws. If pie can be for breakfast, well it certainly should work as beer. Plus you don't have to worry about mastering your grandmother’s piecrust recipe. Invite Mr. Pumpkin to your next dinner and the conversation will never end.

Bottle from the PfoxyJohn by way of dansting. Light brown, light creamy head, some lacing. Roasted quash and malty aroma and flavors upfront, with light pumpkin pie spices, very mild but nicer as it warms a bit. I'm a sucker for pumpkin beers, even out of season, and this one satisfied my craving nicely. Cool label too. Thanks John and Dan.

A very mild pumpkin spiced beer on an otherwise lightish type ale. Not bad for a seasonal but really doesn't have a place otherwise, just too light on character for me.
