The Mort Subite Xtreme Framboise beer is brewed according to the centuries-old recipe of spontaneously fermented Lambic, slowly ripened in oak wooden barrels. The juice of the most ripened raspberries is added here, which gives this traditional beer the extremely fruity taste of raspberries

25cl bottle from El Corte Inglés, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (shared by Alexcg - thanks!).
Pours almost clean read with a white to pink head. Intense raspberry aroma, feel a bit artificial, a bit like raspberry soda. Lightly sour and quite sweet with a good fruitiness. Not the same balance and dryness as the nicer fruit lambics, but still quite drinkable and somewhat refreshing. (2013-01-05)

Courtesy of HOPSHUNTER. Pours cherry – rose like color with thin pink head. The aroma is bold berry sweet flavors and a sense of seltzer water. The taste is full on sugar enhanced sweet raspberry goodness with a touch of tart. It ends dry and refreshing with pulsating carbonation.

Shared 250 ml bottle at local tasting, bought at Carrefour, Cartagena, Spain. ABV is 4.3%. Hazy red colour, moderate pinkish-white head. Intense sweetish aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. Sweet flavour of ripe raspberries and raspberry jam. Little here to remind you that this actually is a beer.

Bottled. Brownish red colour with mediumsized palepinkish/white head, which leaves nice lace. Big time raspberry aroma, overall quite sweet raspberries, which gives a slight artificial feeling to the aroma. Flavour is raspberries with some slight sourness. Also at one point quite strawberrylike flavours. Aftertaste is long sweetish sour raspberries.
