Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassbomb along with some malts. Flavour is grassbomb hops along with slight malty- and saltyness. A very wellbalanced brew, even though the grassyness was abit much for me.

A nice crisp pils, yet still only a pils, and enjoyable after some home project work tonite. The pour was its best feature, nice golden color with a very thick and rich foamy head. The lacing was quite solid also. The aroma was strong grass, some grains, and a light hint of vegetables or herbs. The flavor was strong dry grass over an almost bready initial light malt flavor. With increasing temperatures, the grassy hops took over and this was a rather hoppy bitter beast (for a pils anyway). Somewhat dry mouthfeel enhanced by a significant level of carbonation. Not bad. Much thanks to MoritzF, who through this one in as a gift in a trade with DerDoppelbock. A nice opportunity to sip a rare brew. Prosit!
