A déguster bien fraîche !.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5

750 ml corked and caged bottle, " bouteille collector ". Poured in the original Mor Braz tapered glass a hazy amber-orange coloured ale with a slight beige minimal foamy head that had no retention. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, spicy, peppery, a touch of licorice, aciditic fruits, citrus. The flavour is salty seawater, sweety malts, spicy, peppery, aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is watery. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry spicy finish. The salty perception is quite unusual and surprising in the ale brewing and needs some practise.
