Purchased a 12-pack at the NSLC on my trip to Nova Scotia. Pours a clean golden colour with a frothy white head, decent retention and nice lacing. Smooth malt nose with hints of goat milk soap and sweetness. Malty tasting as well with some decent grain in the finish. The mouthfeel is where this is not very pleasant and the lingering aftertaste. Alcohol is well-hidden and malt does not feel too fake overall.

clear golden colour, unregular foam, apricot and honeyish hoppiness, sweet and medium-bodied, light oily honeyish finish - very probably the best ice beer I’ve had so far

for a strong beer, this was exceptionaly smooth. you could drink this all night long. but watch out, it'll creep up on ya. and what a concept. 1st they take the moosehead recipe and dry brew it. then take that brew and ice brew it. wow.
