Also known as "Raymond's #@%-ing Blueberry beer!!", this fruity ale starts out with a light malt base enhanced with Orange Blossom honey and a subtle addition of a secret spice. When the fermentation is almost complete we puree 210 pounds of locally grown, organic blueberries and pump them into the tank. This kicks off a secondary fermentation from the fruit sugars adding a tangy wine-like character to the beer. And in case you were wondering, the beer is not blue, rather it is quite purple.
