Our trusty Brewery Dog, Cowboy, was adopted by our COO Rachel Kiley 9 years ago from Atlanta Humane Society. Despite his aversion to car rides, Cowboy showed up to work every day, and in his tenure witnessed his Mom fall in love with our Brewmaster, Peter Kiley. From there, he was promoted to big brother twice, and all along the way stole the hearts of his coworkers and folks who stopped by Monday Night West Midtown. Should’ve Been a Cowboy is a Hazy West Coast IPA, fit for a king. Made with all advanced hop products —Chinook Incognito, El Dorado Incognito, Citra Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo—aromas of pineapple and citrus wrangle you in. At 6% ABV, it goes down smooth with a dry, lingering finish

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Taps barely translucent apricot with a thick vellum head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma presents piney hops, creamy fresh malt, juicy grapefruit with a touch of tangerine. Flavor furnishes piney hops, tart and zesty grapefruit, fresh malt, a bit of juicy tangerine. Texture brings nice firm body and peppy fizz. Lasso a crater.
