Ophelia is a Hop Hut series NEIPA—featuring Enigma, Mosaic Cyro and Vic Secret—that takes its name from brewer Andrew Greene’s two-year-old daughter. The nose presents a bouquet of blueberries, under-ripe peach, pinot gris, papaya and guava. Sweet flavors of fresh tangerine are followed by white wine and a delicate bitterness. Like its namesake, this beer is bright and lively.

Pours translucent apricot with a thick ivory head that leaves heavy lacing. Rich aroma delivers resiny and funky hops, tangy orange and tangerine, creamy fresh malt, a tropical hint. Flavor provides funky piney hops, juicy and zesty citrus, creamy fresh malt and a little tropical sweetness. Texture has firm, smooth, viscous body and lively fizz. Insanely good!
