A happy accident led us to try infusing our Eye Patch Ale with fresh serrano peppers. We wanted to share this deliciousness with you. Serrano Eye Patch has all the crisp, clean characteristics of an IPA, with a great pepper aroma and a hint of heat to cut the bitterness on the back end. If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the brewery.

Pours clear tangerine with a thick parchment head. Aroma offers fresh malt, pepper and resiny hops - let's hope the fire isn't too hot. OK, flavor is definitely peppery, but not too hot to handle. Piney hops, fresh malt and zesty orange round out the taste. Texture provides perky fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. Just enough heat to be interesting.
