Night Moves is a 2X NEIPA from the Hop Hut featuring Strata, Riwaka, and Styrian Wolf hops. A touch of spelt creates a rustic taste, enhanced by the tropical fruit and elderflower notes of Styrian Wolf. Strata and Riwaka add a complimentary note of dankness that mingles with flavors of passion fruit, pineapple, and citrus. Taps opaque apricot with a fair eggshell head that leaves good lacing. Aroma yields resiny hops, tangy citrus that is mainly tangerine, zesty malt, a bit of tropical sweetness. Flavor presents piney and slightly bitter hops with plenty of resin and funk, tangy tangerine and orange and a little tart grapefruit, zesty raw malt, a tropical hint. Texture provides good body and lively fizz. Work on those Night Moves! (Cue the Bob Seger song.)
