Born out of our love for experimentation, we give you New Sensation, an Experimental Sour Double IPA with raspberries, blueberries, and Ugandan vanilla. We hopped with Mosaic Cryo and fermented with a unique yeast called Lachancea Thermotolerans, resulting in a sour IPA with flavors of vanilla, earthy rosehips, blueberry skin, and tart raspberries

Taps clear copper with a good parchment head. Aroma yields tart and sour cherry and peach with a hoppy underpinning. Flavor provides tart cherry, sour peach, a little piney hops, a bit of malt. Texture delivers good body and lively fizz. I like my IPAs hoppy, but if sour is what you like, give it a try.
