Moment of Truth is a Hop Hut series 2X Experimental NEIPA collab with Rhinegeist Brewery benefitting PAWkids. We added M. Reukaufii yeast, a wild nectar yeast used in conjunction with saccharomyces, which accentuates the aromas and softness of this NEIPA. A combination of Cryo Hops and traditional pellets creates aromas of pineapple and tangerine. Flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, and guava greet your palate, followed by the bitterness of a West Coast IPA—or your uncle who hates everyone.

Taps opaque apricot with a thick beige head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma presents guava, resiny hops, citrus and fresh malt. Flavor yields piney and funky hops, zesty and tart guava, tangy orange, fresh malt. Texture features firm body and peppy fizz. True to the moment.
