The gose is a traditional German style known for its wheat base, tartness, and saltiness. We kettle sour our version, resulting in a pleasant lemon note that balances the sea salt nicely. Oh – and then we dry hop it to accentuate the aromas. The soul of Fu Manbrew lives on in this beer, with its crisp taste and pristine mustache.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick and frothy but effervescent head. Aroma offers up wheaty and lemony notes with a snip of salt. Flavor presents wheaty, citrus and malty tones, very drinkable, plus a pinch of sea salt and more than a hint of woody hops. Mouthfeel delivers OK body, not much fizz. Crisp, refreshing, good to chug.
