All hail the barista. They get our days started with a much needed jolt of caffeine, made just to our specifications. Like many breweries, we love coffee. And we also love double IPAs. For this Hop Hut creation, we brewed a classic DIPA with Chinook, Columbus, and Simcoe hops. Crystal malt and flaked oats help with the creamy mouthfeel. But we also added several pounds of coffee and lactose to the mix to kick up the sweet and smooth characteristics. Barstool Barista probably won't replace your morning (or afternoon) coffee(s), but who says you can't keep your coffee fix going after work?

Taps translucent caramel with a thick buff head. Aroma features roast coffee, piney hops, fresh malt, and subtle smoky tones. Flavor yields quality coffee, piney hops and fresh malt - and the hops and coffee complement each other nicely. Texture presents firm, smooth body and lively fizz. Get your ale and your Joe in one.
