Docene, on tap at the brewpub in Dobrany. Poured an unfiltered deep gold colored beer with a one finger white creamy foamy head that had a good retention. Soft carbonation. The aroma is caramel malts, floral hops and spicy, pepper. The aroma is first flowery, mint and sweet grainy malts then arrived the spicy sensation, a peepery one. The mouthfeel is round and overwelming by the pepper. This medium bodied beer has a huge and lingering spicy peppery end. An unusual experience but the trip worth !
