Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8
500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a English tulip pint glass an unfiltered and hazy deep brown coloured Brown Ale with a generous two fingers beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, coffee beans, caramel and fruity, dark raisins. The flavour is roasted malts, fruity, dark raisins, plums and honey tones. The mouthfeel is round, sparkling, quite thick and smooth. This light to medium bodied Brown Ale has a long roasted malts finish. The addition of honey brings this Brown Ale on a mellow way. Not bad !
