500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque black coloured Stout with a good one finger tan creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is roasted coffee beans, roasted malts, dark chocolate. The flavour is similar to the nose, roasted malts and overwhelming coffee beans, dark bitter chocolate. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This light bodied Stout has a long slight bitter coffee beans finish. A high tasting and rare stout from the Vire area in Normandy. Superb !
