Our tribute to Shipwrecks and thirsty sailors everywhere! India Pale Ale was a solution to a great beer problem. If it wasn’t for the thirst of British Sailors, and a shipwreck in 1827, we would not have it today. More than any other style, IPA’s character is defined by the function it served in history. Aromatic hops & firm malt backbone compliment the palette! IPA meets English bitters. Loaded with so much hops, we could barely fit them in the kettle, then dry hopped for maximum hop complexity. Not for the Faint of Heart! Style: India Pale Ale Colour: 11 / Ibu: 75 - 5.6% alc./vol
