Our lightest beer, this is a popular brew in rural Iowa. Malted wheat is carefully blended with the traditional malted barley, and brewed with special hops to create a "Summer Fest" beer. Light and zesty in itself, the beer is served in a tall glass with a slice of lemon.

    Tastes pretty malty for an AMerican Wheat but i guess that's what an AmWheat is. Not citrusy and wheaty like a Hefe. Clear golden colour. Small white head. Taste is indeed a malt bomb but noticeable german hops mid palate.

    Pours a hazy golden yellow body with a thin white head, a little lace. Aroma and flavor of wheat, also some citrus hints in the finish. Overall it was a decent wheat.

    A really enjoyable wheat beer that I drink quite often. A golden pour with a little white head. Wheat aroma with a hint of citrus. A citrus flavor. Very drinkable.

    From a bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a nice white head. Light, grassy aroma. Flavor is light with a slight citrus quality. Next to no hop presense. An ok beer. Nothing too spectacular.

    Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a medium white head. Nice lacing to it. Aroma of grass (maybe even hay) and wheat. Mouthfeel is pretty nice. Flavor is not too strong, but is wheaty with a slight lemony finish to it. Maybe even a touch of banana to it. Nothing great, but definitely a drinkable beer.
