330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque copper-brown coloured Spiced Ale with a light beige three fingers creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is spicy, peppery and peppery, fruity, pineapples, grapefruits, lemon and sweety malts. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, fruity, sourish apples, herbal notes, rosmarin, grassy hops and strong spicy, peppery, ginger and cinnamom. The mouthfeel is thick and fulled. This full bodied Spice Ale has a lingering peppery finish. A very nice and tasting Spiced ale from the Vallée de la Semois in Wallonie.
