Over the years, we have had a few Belgian wit beers in our portfolio. This year, we were able to source all organic ingredients to make a certified organic version a reality. Belgian-style Organic White features classic whirlpool additions of organic coriander andorganic bitter orange beer. Malts: Organic 2-row malt, Organic wheat malt, Organic wheat flakes. Hops: Organic Spalt. Yeast: Fruity Wit. Other ingredients: Organic Coriander, Organic Bitter Orange Peel, Organic Organic Juice.

Can that pours a lightly hazed, bright light-yellow colour with a big white creamy-frothy head, good retention and some creamy lacing lines. Decent aromas of coriander spices, wheat mild sweetness and with the orange juices and peel. The flavours shows the same light blended notes with some decent fruitiness and dry enough finish to cut the sweetness. A nice, easy-drinking Witbier that is a good intro to the style for some.
