Introducing our brand new, Ottawa brewed, All Canadian Wheat. This beer, brewed to celebrate Earth Day, is made with 100% Canadian ingredients. As an extra bit of hyper local ingredient sourcing, all the base malt in this brew is from Mississippi Mills Malting. The beer is a lighter refreshing style that has notes of fruity white wine, citrus/grapefruit and floral notes.

Clean, golden colour with a frothy white cap, average retention, but some decent lacing. Cereal grainy aromas with some sweetness to it. The taste shows cutting the sweet notes with the hops, over the malt and wheat. Fairly thin mouthfeel with enough dryness to be refreshing.
