Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/10/2013. This lambic pours a medium raspberry color from the bottle. Medium sized white/pink foamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet, raspberry, funky and tart. A medium bodied lambic. The malts are fruity, sweet, tart, and raspberry. The hops are herbal. Lively carbonation. Nice balance of sweetness and tartness. Fruit is semi-sweet. Fruity, tart and kind of funky. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly funky.

Pretty solid. Everything you'd want in a framboise. Full of raspberry aroma and flavor but not really sweet. More than adequately tart and sour with a bit I stinky cheese for good measure. Appearance woulda got a 9 if it wasn't a gusher.

Bottled@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Deep red colour, small white head. Aroma and flavour both have tart, but at the same time semisweet raspberries along with some slight wooden notes. Mouthdrying and quite long pleasant aftertaste.
