    Sampled on10/8/2011. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange amber color from a 33cl mottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, caramel and sweet with some citrusy and dusty hops. A medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. The hops are kind of mild, slightly citrusy and herbal. The hops are mostly in the aroma is this beer. Mild bitterness. I guess Willamette is NOT a good bittering hop. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Nice beer, just not very bitter. More like an ESB or Premium Bitter than an IPA. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

    a nice fruity aroma greets the nose. other than that, though it was a pretty average beer. nothing bad but nothing that stood out in the flavor. ibus in the 30s are too low for an ipa.
