    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Hoppy aroma has a strong fruity overtone, mainly pear with some apple and a hint of banana. Pours a nice dark chestnut with a fairly thick, if not persistent, dirty buff head. Flavor is fairly hoppy, rather fruity, not at all bitter but not sweet. Texture is firm and leaves a nice woody and resiny hop finish, though it lacks fizz. I’m glad that I caught one more of this series.

Sampled on 9/24/2011. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and nice lacing. The aroma is grassy, herbal and citrusy hops, malty and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal, grassy and citrusy. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Medium bitterness. Kind of mild bitterness. Very drinkable though. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

one of the enjoyable low-mid range ibu brews from the 2nd release. citrus fruit and a nice aroma and flavor. nothing elite, but it let's you know this is a good hop to use :)
