Aroma is strong, crisp and malty with a fruity undertone. It pours a clear yellow with an average white head. Flavor is mainly malty and has some fruit flavor, mainly apple and banana, as well as a hint of hoppy bitterness. Texture is a bit on the thin side but still fizzy and lively. Not Mikkeller's best, but, well, it's alright. ;)

This was my first Mikkeller beer and I was generally happy with the product. It was super funky - brett I presume. It was a really different beer. The aroma was strange, almost to the point of smelling foul, but it was none the less inviting. The flavor was like a very light Saison. Not bad and I will try more Mikkeller.

This a great little brother to the big one!.. This beer was also enjoyed at "The Bayou" in Salt Lake City.
Some Fruit and yeast on the nose... The nose was very bright. Pours a very nice Opaque in nature with a good amount of head that lasted the whole beer. Balanced carbonation with a crisp and clean finish. Flour was mild and slightly soured... Some young fruit and a little bit of spice.. The flavor of this beer was very refreshing and with its low ABV is a jewel!!!. -

pours a slightly hazy yellow. aroma is quite inviting...light fruits and melon, and just a hint of the funkiness to follow. Very nice. After this the mouthfeel of the beer is a tiny bit of a letdown. A little too much carbonation for such a light palate. The flavor is nice, though. More sweet malt/fruit aspects and a bit of lambic & farmhouse funk. Finishes fairly clean with a bit of grain. Glad I tried one, but for $6.49 - not again...

Bottle from SL. Pour is a fairly clear (where is the haze, I want my highly unfiltered haze) pale golden-yellow color, weak head and lacing for the most part (esp. for style). The lacing was moderate. The aroma was slight brett hay-like funk, some cherries, light grains. The flavor was bretty funk, tart punch but nothing offensively sour, nice pale malts and tart cherries. Flavor and body were both relatively thin/light, but a nice refreshing drinker.

330 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Extremely pale yellow colour, big white head. Strong yeasty and spicy aroma, with distinct notes of fermenting fruits and brettanomyces (farmhouse / barnyard). The flavour is very crisp and moderately acidic with some lemony and spicy notes, very refreshing. The mouthfeel is a bit thin, but I’m not really complaining - it’s nice to have a Mikkeller beer that doesn’t get you drunk by the first bottle - for once.
