Bottled. Brown colour, small head. Aroma is sweet fruits, wooden barrel and some liquorice. Flavour is quite much the same. 1000 IBU is quite much nowhere to be found, even 100 would be hard to imagine.

Brown body with a thin skiff floating on top, large bubbles coming up from the bottom are creating a bubble island in the middle of my glass I shall call this new island Hoptonia. Aroma comes across smooth and creamy, oaky apple, piney hops, resin, and smoky alcohol. The aroma is both harsh and smooth I like it. The taste is powerful sweet and burnt. Pine, wood, chocolate, toffee, thick thick malt flavor. This is powerfully bitter and it lingers for hours after your done. Hints of hot alcohol show up but don’t detract from the brew. Apple, some very mild citrus, more smoke, dirt. Crap this is so yummingly complex I could list things for hours. Such high quality, all perfect, I got nothing bad to say about this.
