355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Sweetish aroma of roast malts, coffee and loads of maple syrup. The flavour is not quite as sweet as I feared, but has again loads of maple syrup, also notes of coffee, moderate bittering hops.

Pours coffee brown with a thick though short-lived cocoa head. Aroma features quality roast coffee, maple syrup, roast coffee, chocolate and subtle molasses notes. Flavor presents maple syrup, quality coffee, roast malt, hoppy bitterness, chocolate and molasses tones, rather sweet but not cloying. Texture delivers good body though so-so fizz. Smells like beer for breakfast!
